Upload Guideline: Please upload one high-resolution photo. We’ll create a clean, minimalist line sketch focusing only on the people, pets, or characters (backgrounds will be excluded). Have something specific in mind? Message us before placing your order and we’ll confirm what’s possible!

Proofing and Revisions: Within 3–5 days of placing your order, you’ll receive a digital sketch for approval before we begin embroidery. We include 1–2 free revisions and won’t start stitching until you’ve approved the design. Extra revisions maybe charged. Once approved, your item will be completed within 3–5 business days. Note: additional revisions beyond the first two may incur a small design fee.

Change of Mind? We get it! If you decide to switch to a different photo after the initial sketch has been sent, there will be a HK$100 charge per new image provided.

Our sweaters are made from 100% cotton for ultimate comfort and easy care, you can machine wash cold and tumble dry on low. Designed with a loose unisex fit, size down if you prefer a tighter fit. Please refer to our size chart for exact measurements, or grab your favourite sweater and measure it flat for comparison.

However please note that there may still be minimal colour variations from the finished product. Embroidery size and position may also vary according to the apparel size.
