Hong Kong Delivery

Once payment is received, your order will be dispatched within 24 hours, followed with an email notification with a tracking number for your reference. If your order was placed on a Friday, weekend or public holiday, your order will be processed on the following working day. Please expect your order to arrive within 2-3 working days and an additional working day for deliveries to remote areas.

We offer FREE delivery (to one address) for orders over USD 75 within Hong Kong. For orders under USD 75, a delivery and handling fee of USD 5 will be charged. For any urgent deliveries please contact us on info@tinybitz.com with your enquiry and we will be happy to assist.

International Delivery

Please expect your order to arrive in 5-10 working days, subject to the country the order is being sent to.

Shipping estimates are available at checkout. Custom fees and taxes associated with the purchase are the responsibility of the customer. For any urgent deliveries please contact us on info@tinybitz.com with your enquiry and we will be happy to assist.

Others

Unfortunately, we currently do not deliver to a PO Box address. In addition, a delivery address cannot be changed once we have dispatched your parcel. We do not take responsibility for any lost, stolen parcels or parcels delayed by the postal service.

All delivery times are based on working days and are to be used as a guide only. Whilst we make every effort to deliver Items as soon as we can, we will not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver the items within the estimated timescales. If you have not received the item ordered within 10 working days, please contact us on info@tinybitz.com.

Cancelling Your Order Before Dispatch

If, for any reason, you wish to cancel an order before the Item has been dispatched, please contact us on info@tinybitz.com. Please note however that requests for cancellations sent via email may not be actioned immediately which may result in the order being dispatched.
