When can I place an order?
Customers can place orders on our website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
We are always happy to assist and we aim to respond as soon as possible to all enquiries, however it may take 1-2 working days for weekend or public holiday enquiries. Once payment is received, your order will be dispatched within 24 hours. If your order was placed on a Friday, weekend or public holiday, your order will be processed on the following working day.
What are the sizes of the items?
A size chart have been uploaded for your reference under each item and you can view it here, so please check the size carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions about the sizing, please feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to assist.
Is gift packaging included?
All 'Growing Kits' and 'Gift Hampers' include complimentary gift packaging! We can also wrap other items with gift packaging upon request. Simply let us know if you require gift packaging on the checkout page and leave us any gift message if you would like to include a gift card with your order.
Hong Kong Delivery
Once payment is received, your order will be dispatched within 1-2 days, followed with an email notification with a tracking number for your reference. If your order was placed on a Friday, weekend or public holiday, your order will be processed on the following working day. Please expect your order to arrive within 2-3 working days and an additional working day for deliveries to remote areas.
We offer FREE delivery within Hong Kong (to one address) for orders over HKD 400. For orders under HKD 400, a delivery and handling fee of HKD 30 (commercial address) or HKD 45 (residential address) will be charged. For any urgent deliveries please contact us at email@example.com with your enquiry and we will be happy to assist.
For orders up to the weight of 1kg, we offer the following delivery rates:
HKD 60: China, Indonesia, Japan, Macau, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand
HKD 80: Australia, New Zealand, United States
HKD 100: Canada, France, Spain, Switzerland,
HKD 120: Germany, Netherlands, United Kingdom
Orders over 1kg will be charged accordingly and you can check the shipping rate on the cart page. If there is a country you would like to ship your order to and which is not on the list, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be more than happy to assist with your order.

Shipping estimates are available at checkout. Custom fees and taxes associated with the purchase are the responsibility of the customer. For any urgent deliveries please contact us on email@example.com with your enquiry.
Unfortunately, we currently do not deliver to a PO Box address. In addition, a delivery address cannot be changed once we have dispatched your parcel. We do not take responsibility for any lost, stolen parcels or parcels delayed by the postal service.
All international packages are subject to import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in your order's total price or shipping cost. Please check with your country’s customs office to see what additional charges you should expect before making your purchase, if any. TinyBitz will not be responsible for the cost for clearing customs upon delivery.
All delivery times are based on working days and are to be used as a guide only. Whilst we make every effort to deliver items as soon as we can, we will not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver the items within the estimated timescales. If you have not received the item ordered within 14 working days, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Cancelling Your Order Before Dispatch
If, for any reason, you wish to cancel an order before the Item has been dispatched, please contact us immediately at email@example.com. As we strive to process all orders swiftly, kindly note that requests delayed after 24 hours may result in your order being dispatched already. Unfortunately, we cannot accept a cancellation, exchange or refund on any of our personalized products.
