When can I place an order?
Customers can place orders on our website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
We are always happy to assist and we aim to respond as soon as possible to all enquiries, however it may take 1-2 working days for weekend or public holiday enquiries. Once payment is received, your order will be dispatched within 24 hours. If your order was placed on a Friday, weekend or public holiday, your order will be processed on the following working day.
Is gift packaging included?
All items include complimentary gift packaging! Simply let us know if you require gift packaging on the product page and leave us any gift message if you would like to include a gift card with your order.
When will my order be delivered?
Once payment is received, any in-stock items will be dispatched within 1-2 working days, followed with an email notification with a tracking number for your reference. If your order was placed on a Friday, weekend or public holiday, your order will be processed on the following working day.
Personalized items will be shipped according to the production time needed for each item, please refer to the production description for more information. If there any in-stock items in the same order, they will be shipped together with the personalized item. If you want to receive the in-stock items earlier, simply place a separate order.
Hong Kong Delivery
Once payment is received, your order will be dispatched within 1-2 days, followed with an email notification with a tracking number for your reference. If your order was placed on a Friday, weekend or public holiday, your order will be processed on the following working day. Please expect your order to arrive within 2-3 working days and an additional working day for deliveries to remote areas.
We offer FREE delivery within Hong Kong (to one address) for orders over HKD 400. For orders under HKD 400, a delivery and handling fee of HKD 35 will be charged. We can deliver to any SF station/locker, commercial or residential address in Hong Kong. Due to the current situation of COVID-19, our Standard Shipping to certain countries have been affected however, we can still deliver via International Express. Please check out the options available for shipment on the Check Out page and if you need any assistance, feel free to reach out to us!
For orders up to the weight of 1kg, we offer the following standard shipping rates:
HKD 60: China, Indonesia, Japan, Macau, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand
HKD 80: Australia, New Zealand, United States
HKD 100: Canada, France, Spain, Switzerland
HKD 120: Germany, Netherlands, United Kingdom
Orders over 1kg will be charged accordingly and you can check the shipping rate on the cart page. If there is a country you would like to ship your order to and which is not on the list, please email us at email@example.com and we will be more than happy to assist with your order.
Standard Shipping is sent via Hong Kong Post and International Express is sent via SF Express courier. Shipping estimates are available at checkout. Custom fees and taxes associated with the purchase are the responsibility of the customer. For any urgent deliveries please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org with your enquiry.
Unfortunately, we currently do not deliver to a PO Box address. In addition, a delivery address cannot be changed once we have dispatched your parcel. We do not take responsibility for any lost, stolen parcels or parcels delayed by the postal service.
All international packages are subject to import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in your order's total price or shipping cost. Please check with your country’s customs office to see what additional charges you should expect before making your purchase, if any. TinyBitz will not be responsible for the cost for clearing customs upon delivery.
All delivery times are based on working days and are to be used as a guide only. Whilst we make every effort to deliver items as soon as we can, we will not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver the items within the estimated timescales. If you have not received the item ordered within 14 working days, please contact us at email@example.com.
Cancelling Your Order Before Dispatch
If, for any reason, you wish to cancel an order before the Item has been dispatched, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. As we strive to process all orders swiftly, kindly note that requests delayed after 24 hours may result in your order being dispatched already. Unfortunately, we cannot accept a cancellation, exchange or refund on any of our personalized products.
