Return Policy

We’re happy to exchange regular-priced items (excluding sale items) that have not been used and are in their original condition, in the original packaging and garment tags still attached.  All returns must be done within 7 days from the day of receiving the goods for Hong Kong orders and 14 days for International orders.

If you wish to exchange, you are responsible for the extra return postage charges and an additional delivery fee will be charged. Please note that we do not offer returns for ‘change of mind’ purchases or if the item is not what you expect.

Simply contact us at info@tinybitz.com with your order number to request for a Return Number. Complete the return form included with your order number, style number, colour and size of your preferred item for exchange. We highly recommend that all exchanges and returns are sent to us as registered post or with a tracking number as we do not take responsibility for any lost, stolen parcels or parcels delayed by the postal service.

Alternatively, we can offer store credit for your return, valid for the next three months. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds at this time.

Damaged or Faulty Items

We carefully check each item before packaging and sending it to you. In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged in transit, please contact us at info@tinybitz.com within 24 hours of your receipt. Please also ensure that you take the following steps:         
               
1) Take photos of the original shipping box and the damaged item(s)
2) Please retain the damaged goods and packaging and contact us via email for further assistance.
