All personalized items are made just for you, so we will not be able to accept any refunds, returns or exchanges. All products go through a careful quality check before it gets shipped. In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty, please contact us within 3 days of receipt and include a photo of the defect so we can arrange it accordingly.
We make every effort to display the colour of our personalized products as accurately as possible, however due to the nature of different digital displays, please note that there may still be minimal colour variations from the finished product. We will not accept any products returned for this reason. If you have any questions regarding colours, please contact us directly first before placing your order.
We’re happy to exchange regular-priced items (excluding sale items) that have not been used and are in their original condition, in the original packaging and garment tags still attached. Please contact us immediately with your order number and item details.
All returns must be done within 7 days from the day of receiving the goods for Hong Kong orders and 14 days for International orders. You will be responsible for the shipping fees on your exchanged item and any difference in pricing. We highly recommend that all exchanges and returns are sent back to us with a tracking number as we do not take responsibility for any lost, stolen parcels or parcels delayed by the postal service.
